Pulled at QL

Was suprised by myself, I forgot I have been blogging in English for a while... it was dated back in almot 6 years ago. Anyway, I think once a while I would blog in English, mainly for my personal practice in Asana and meditation. But I think it's not easy to keep on, coz it's hard to access this blog site from China. I would do more while I am in Taiwan. Two days ago, while clearning up my dressing room in Taipei, my nose was irritated by the dust, and sneeze like crazy, and suddently felt a stin in my right lower back. I think I pull my QL. But luckly, I can still move, just slower, especially hard to fold foward, can only desend not bow... And more luckly, I can still practice, for last two days, practice is okay, just foward bending is hardest. Felt the best in twist. So I am more sure it's QL! here is an article may also help!!

Hello!

It's been wayyyyyy toooo long since last post. I almost forgot I have this blog. It's been 6 yrs since then. And it's my 8th years in Shanghai. Who could have thought that I would stay in Shanghai this long, or may even longer. I am always at my best time!!!

  最近入手的新書,感謝神隊友從上海人肉快遞回來, 其實想買的還有一些,最後先挑這兩本,收到時覺得很有意思,剛好都是身心學派的書,一個是富蘭克林技法,一個是亞歷山大技法,一本以骨盆為主軸,一本雖然從技法對應到瑜珈,但談論到反而是著重從頭的位置來做身體的調整!! 剛好這都是我教學...
