我回家了~

哇!!! 台北! 我回來了!!! 當上了立榮的小飛機時,我的心就一直在微笑中!!
當在飛機上看到台北盆地時,就有想擁抱這片大地的衝動,哇!!有綠色的’山’耶!!(上海是沒有山的)
從松山下飛機,跳上市內公車,司機一開門就親切的打招呼,耐心的等我把行李扛上車,提醒我小心點!
車子走在美麗的林蔭敦化北路上,我的微笑已經咧到耳朵了~
到捷運口,乾淨的地面,大家有序的排隊,上下車一點也不緊張
到家門口,警衛伯伯換了新人,我不認識他,但他也對我微笑!
開門進到我睽別3個月的家,陽光明亮的家,看的到山的家,有自己味道的家
強烈的想要找人擁抱!!!台灣,我回來了~~~~~~

看到一個網友的blog推薦了一篇文章, 是這個網站整理出來的100個瑜珈與冥想靜坐的blogs。在資訊常被封鎖的國家中,許多繁體中文的東西常常讀不到,所以讓我有機會去看看其他世界的。

我的書庫

整理一下自己的瑜珈書櫃,其實,常常有邊讀邊放的壞習慣,還有心肝很大的同時讀不同書的壞習慣,所以書常常被到處放置。
原本以為自己的library已經不少,但是,這樣看起來,還真是沒啥了不起。這群是有一起帶來上海的愛書們,還有一些放在台北家中。還有很多放在書店的架上......
分享一下,之前TT時老師給的書單,當然都是英文書,也不容易買到,但是我不得說,關於瑜珈的專業書,國外的出版真的比較多、比較專業,一些印度哲學經典也被翻譯和詮釋比較多,標成紫色的不是已經有的就是想要讀的!

Anusara研習課

前天在閒晃時,突然發現我的老師Jonas要到台灣開課!!!

此次是林正雄老師邀請他來開課的,我之前就有聽Jonas說過,林老師一直有和他保持聯絡,也希望他去台灣開課!這次真的成行! 台灣的朋友有福啦!!

Jonas是個很專業的老師,本身是物理治療師,擁有Anusara認證的老師,也是目前少有的泰式按摩瑜珈專業老師! 我前天寫信去問了他這個課程,他說已經客滿囉~~ 哇!真是熱門!!好像才開放報名幾天而已..... 有報到名的同學,真羨慕你~~

桂花香


我必須承認,我現在才覺得上海才開始變得可愛一點。
最大的原因,是因為秋天到了!
整個城市的面貌和人們好像都有點不同。
可能是溫度降低了點,心也涼快起來,
可能是陽光照射的角度改變了,
可能是夜晚比較早沉下來,
可能是家隔壁的建築工地不太打鑽了,
可能是大閘蟹上市,柿子也紅了,
~~~~~~
還有,這個時候,可能是因為空氣中充滿桂花香~
在台北時散步的小公園也有時會透出桂花香,可總看不到桂花在哪,總是要駐足深呼吸一會才可確認。
小小的花蕊,卻香氣十足,香味就足以證明了存在!
在上海這陣子,只要一出門,我就容易被桂花香迷惑!
路上總是會飄出幽幽的花香~讓不愛出門的我,出門時多了樂趣和好心情~ 
所以才會發現,原來這麼多地方種著桂花樹啊!
我必須承認,我還蠻迷戀桂花香的,幽幽的,更容易讓我聯想到桂花茶、桂花糖、桂花烏梅汁、桂花蓮藕糯米‧‧
九月底時聽朋友說,最近在杭州有桂花雨可以看。我問了個笨問題,桂花不是八月開的嗎?都九月底了,朋友說,是農曆八月桂花香!

動機

 昨晚繼續讀完"快樂-達賴喇嘛的人生智慧",在"解除焦慮,建立自信"的章節中,他給了建議"只要問題可以解決,就沒有什麼好擔憂的。如果問題解決不了,也找不出方法,那麼也根本不需要擔憂,因為你在擔心也一樣於事無補呀!"這是這篇的開頭,而且也是粗體黑字!會考!這個概念,我在"給媽媽的佛法書"中也引用這是出自寂天菩薩所寫的"入菩薩行論"中"如果事情可以彌補,何必如此不快樂,而如果事情無法彌補,那麼,仍沒有道理要不快樂。"

這篇文章中,達賴承認就算現在,當在公開演講或教學時,他還是會焦慮。作者問他,都如何處理這種焦慮?達賴回答"適當的動機"與"誠實",是克服焦慮與恐懼的關鍵!達賴說"我會提醒自己,我之所以要演講,是為了帶給人們一點幫助,而不是要表現我有多偉大。所以我知道的,我就能像他們說明。而不知道的也沒關係,我會說:對我來說,這是很困難的!我沒有必要假裝或隱瞞什麼。"

這讓我想到,我也是,對於教課,總會有一些焦慮,擔心若是學生中有高手,擔心自己表現不好,擔心自己還有很多不會,擔心有學生會不喜歡我上的課....

我記得在Chris的workshop,她分享John Friend大師的經驗。John的workshop通常可以大到有一、兩百人,在這樣的教課中,要怎樣照顧到每個學生?!第一個原則是"see the good!"老師需要有Eagle view,永遠先宏觀的看到好的一面,看到學生展現美好的地方,而不是就只有看到哪裡做錯、姿勢不對!

另外一個重點,就是"remember your intention!",記得自己教學的初衷!John 說永遠記得你教課的intention! 所以在兩百人的大場面時,你的intention才可以幫助你穩定的教課,才可以感染擴散給課堂的每一個人! 當時,我對這個intention的概念,似懂非懂。

直到讀到達賴的這篇文章才豁然開朗。達賴說著他的經驗:當遇到很嚴重、危急的狀況,而人們又太過信賴我,但有些是超乎我的能力。在這種焦慮下,我回到最重要的動機。我會不斷提醒自己:只要我是誠心想幫助人,盡力而為就行了。只要動機純正,心懷憐憫,就算做錯了或失敗了也沒有什麼好後悔的! 

"真誠的動機使你不再懼怕,而且充滿自信。若是你的動機是要欺騙人,那當你失敗時就會變得很緊張。"

我想過了,在瑜珈路上,論柔軟度或是肌耐力,永遠都有人比你更軟、更強壯!論哲學知識、心靈成長,永遠有前輩在前方!所以,其實沒必要焦慮比不上別人!只要在自己的路上專心學習,感知道自己的進步和成長才是正道!
在教學上,不是要跟學生炫耀自己有多利害,而是要永遠記得,I am here to serve! 我是來幫助大家的!就像當初想當老師的初衷,教瑜珈是傳福報的!

上海不明白1



這篇只是要分享許多對上海的不明白.....沒有Judgement! 純粹真的是不明白.....


都聽說上海人在前幾年時興穿睡衣上街,但也聽這裡認識的上海朋友說過,最近已經很少見了。
但, 這是在新天地吃完brunch之後,看到的一對年輕夫婦,真的穿著睡衣推著嬰兒車,從容的漫遊在新天地的廣場。不明白的是,新天地附近大部分都是商業區,就算有住家,在這區都是豪宅,所以這對夫婦可以漫遊到這裡,表示他們也是豪宅的住戶??!!(圖一)

在方兵中路上的熱鬧市集,處處都有有趣的事物。這是其中令我驚訝不已的。
這個小攤,抬上擺著"免費檢查,藥物植牙"。我正在想什麼是藥物植牙的當時,往旁一望↘
哇!這位端坐的太太,口中冒出陣陣白灰! 原來現場就開始磨牙、鑽牙、補牙囉!!而且,還不只有這攤,附近還有幾攤做一樣的生意的!(圖二)

人總是會發懶,睡醒後總是會賴床,總是有一堆藉口發懶,我是說我啦.... 之前也早就聽過,自己的練習要規律,要自律,也讀過YJ常說的在家練習的tips,但是,我發現好像只有這一個方法對我最有用,站上墊子,就對了!!本來只想做十分鐘的,但總是玩了九十分鐘以上.....

Walk the yoga talk

讀了我的TT老師Sara所寫的一篇文章,As a yogi, the question is no longer, “What advanced pose can I do?”, but “Can I walk my talk?” 對於一個yogi來說,重點已經不是可以做到哪些高難度的動作,而是我是否有身體力行?

“Walk the talk” 翻成身體力行好像就馬上遜掉一點,但是這是我目前可以想到的。文章中Sara說到他目前的忙碌生活,讓之前可以從容進行的瑜珈練習和靜坐變的不太可能,但他可以做的,就是把墊子上的練習搬到繁忙的生活節奏中,他可以做的就是找到自己的呼吸,還有保持與自己心的連結,”stay connected to my heart.”

這是許多老師說過的話,也是我常對學生說的 “真正的瑜珈是在墊子之外”,有個認真不缺課的學生問過我說 "他很喜歡上瑜珈課是因為上課時很舒服很快樂,但是下課後呢?該如何繼續擁有這樣的感覺。"

其實,很簡單就是把瑜珈搬到生活中。把瑜珈動作嗎?那只是一部分,把瑜珈動作嗎?那只是一部分,因為在瑜珈體位法的練習中你會更對身體有覺知,所以你身體也不再會彎腰駝背。但是,更受用的是你在瑜珈墊上學習到的專注力,帶到對生活中事物的專注,進而提升的覺知度,再加上對慈悲心的培養,你會發覺生活中的更多幸福,所以當然會更快樂。

這真的是我的經驗,前陣子跟自己在乎的人常吵架,一吵架就生氣,然後就傷心,接著自己就一直在低沉的情緒中徘徊。突然有一天,我驚覺這種事已經發生很多次,我不喜歡這樣的模式,我不喜歡讓自己這樣down,我為什麼要讓自己這樣不開心。我想了想, “一切不開心都是因我自己而起",哇!這句話可是葛老說過的,真的驗證,會吵架都是因為我執意,他不依,不依就算了,我還執著,所以就生氣,生氣了還不原諒,就開始傷心了,開始在負面情緒中打轉。是我把自己關在這個籠子裡的,是我讓自己難過的,傻瓜!在After Ecstasy, the Laundry 中就有一段提到 “Forgiveness is the heart’s capacity to release its grasp on the pains of the past and free itself to go on.” 所以,寬恕別人就是釋放了自己。 這麼一想,就瞭了,那當初更何苦要生氣先呢?呵! 想通了,打斷這個循環之後,就真的很少生氣了。

  最近入手的新書,感謝神隊友從上海人肉快遞回來, 其實想買的還有一些,最後先挑這兩本,收到時覺得很有意思,剛好都是身心學派的書,一個是富蘭克林技法,一個是亞歷山大技法,一本以骨盆為主軸,一本雖然從技法對應到瑜珈,但談論到反而是著重從頭的位置來做身體的調整!! 剛好這都是我教學...
