100個瑜珈&冥想網誌(英版)

看到一個網友的blog推薦了一篇文章, 是這個網站整理出來的100個瑜珈與冥想靜坐的blogs。在資訊常被封鎖的國家中,許多繁體中文的東西常常讀不到,所以讓我有機會去看看其他世界的。
這是個美國網站所選出,所以當然是說英文。許多blogs本來就在我的名單中,真的有許多是很認真很有內容的blogs,值得去晃晃喔! 可惜他們不懂中文,許多的中文blogs我覺得都更精采呢.... 我們可真幸運,可以左右逢源啊~ 呵.....
